Delivery is usually within 5 days. In Italy is usually 1 or 2 days.

International Taxes and Charges

EAT-Boxes delivered to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies, or other charges, imposed by local legislation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs procedures for their import and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the purchaser, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

 

If you are ordering an EAT-Box to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are aware they will be responsible for any additional charges. 

We advise you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Return Policy 

Food boxes are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
